Fitness has always been a huge part of my life. Growing up I played all sorts of sports, including Division I soccer, but after college I struggled to find motivation. Running on the treadmill was boring, HIIT workouts were painful, and lifting only seemed to make me bulky. Thankfully, I've found a routine that works for me! So this page will cover all of the fun and exciting workout routines I do in a typical week.
