During these unprecedented times many are experiencing high levels of stress and anxiety. And for good reason! Why I Love ClassPass

Two words (okay, technically just one): ClassPass. Maybe you’ve heard about it from a friend or seen a few ads on Instagram, or maybe you’re like me and you are totally drinking the ClassPass Kool-Aid. If you’re not already sold on it just yet here’s a quick rundown for everything you need to know about ClassPass. ClassPass is a flat-rate subscription for basically any type of workout studio in your area. Essentially you pick how many credits you want to pay for per month. In my experience each class is anywhere between 0 and 14 credits per class. Zero credit classes are rare but some studios may have these classes if there is a new instructor or free community class. The higher priced studios are to be expected – pilates, barre, boxing (e.g. [solidcore], Barry’s Bootcamp, etc.). The PERFECT Açaí Bowl

One of my all time favorite healthy recipes to make is an a çaí  bowl. They're delicious, jam packed with vitamins and nutrients, and so simple to make - what's not to love?  A çaí  has become exceedingly popular since the early 2000s and has since been deemed a "superfood". I mean, how could it not? The a çaí  berry is said to have health benefits of improving brain function, lowering cholesterol levels, and it may even have powerful anti-cancer effects.  But enough about the benefits. Most likely if you've found yourself reading this blog you already know how awesome a çaí is and you're looking to make the best  a çaí bowl the internet can find.
